Details of properties and prospective tenants are entered onto our computerised and integrated database. As soon as a new letting becomes available all suitable prospective tentants are notified immediately via their preferred method of email or post.
Advertising
We extensively advertise our portfolio of properties to ensure the widest possible exposure. Full colour photographs and details are featured in newspapers every week (except over the Christmas period). As a minimum, we advertise each new property every week for the first month of being on the market. Once this initial period is over we advertise your home regularly until a suitable tenant is found.
