Brian Holt is officially Coventry’s top agent – for ninth quarter in a row

Coventry’s Brian Holt has been named the market leading estate agency in the city for the ninth quarter in a row.

The company, which employs 22 staff in Coventry and has offices in Hertford Street and Earlsdon Street, had an 8.3 per cent share of the overall market in the last quarter in the latest independent survey of all agents across the city.

Brian Holt director Clive James, who runs the agency’s Earlsdon office, explained: “We’re delighted that we’re maintaining our long held position of market leader in the city and have now cracked the two-year mark. The survey, carried out by a national independent market analysis company, shows we have consistently had more sold and for sale boards up than any of our competitors.

“As an independent firm with just four branches – in Coventry, Earlsdon, Kenilworth and Leamington – we are usually chosen because of our expertise, experience, personal service, local knowledge and our thorough understanding of the market. We have a good deal of repeat business. Once people have used us to buy or sell one house they’re very likely to return to us – something which is backed up by this latest research.”
