Celebration with a fond farewell

Earlsdon branch combined celebrating the 10th anniversary of opening in the area with waving a fond farewell to its first member of staff to retire.
Karen MacDonald's arrival at the firm coincided with the opening of its second Coventry office in Spring 1999. And her departure earlier this month also marked the first anniversary of Brian Holt's move across the road to bigger premises. Brian Holt Director Clive James said "Karen is actually the first person ever to officially retire from our Company. After ten years' hard work here we'll miss her more than she'll miss us, as she plans to spend her retirement discovering as much of Britain as she can on foot with her husband".
He added that the housing market was showing signs of stabilising, with more viewings and sales in the past couple of months and prices remaining steady.
