PAYMENTS due on completion of referencing

· Tenancy Deposit: The deposit required is the equivalent of one month’s rent plus an additional £200.00

· Inventory Charge £60.00 inc VAT

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES

Other fees and charges that may be charged through the course of a tenancy, if applicable, are:

· Tenancy Renewal Fee: £60.00 inc VAT

· Rent Arrears Fee (for each missed payment) £30.00 inc VAT
