Saturday Sales Receptionist - Coventry City Centre

We are currently recruiting a Saturday Sales Receptionist to work from 9.00am until 4.00pm at our Coventry City Centre branch.

Duties will include:

- Dealing with enquiries from customers either over the telephone, email or face to face;

- Arranging appointments to include viewings and valuations;

- Obtaining viewing feedback from prospective purchasers;

- Recording applicant requirements on our mailing list;

- Accompanying potential purchasers at property viewings;

- General office based duties.

Suitable candidates will:

- Have excellent knowledge of Coventry and the surrounding area;

- Enjoy and be confident in working with the general public;

- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Be able to work as part of a team;

- Have good IT skills;

- Have a pleasant, personable manner;

- Hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car.
